Tips
on Parenting

1. Use your baby's name often and they will begin to recognize it.
2. Never use adult strength medications on your baby unless your pediatrician
advises it.
3. Periodically check your baby's toys for loose parts or damage. Throw
away any broken toys.
4. Take a big jug of water on trips to mix with formula so that it always
tastes the same.
5. Using large family photos helps a baby recognize family members.
6. Place a large drop cloth under your baby's high chair to help save
the carpet.
7. More to come...

This part of our site is dedicated to all of those loving parents
that give their time, devotion and resources to their kids. We want
to help other parents like ourselves find useful information and products.
We will be searching the Internet for books, tips and gadgets that

Key Tip of the Month . . .
Honey should not be fed to infants under one year of age. Honey is
a safe and wholesome food for children and adults. Honey may contain
bacterial spores that can cause infant botulism - a rare but serious
disease that affects the nervous system of young babies (under one
year of age).
How An Infant Begins To Learn
Grabbing its feet Playing with its hands Rolling
around in bed Gurgling Blowing bubbles Grabbing
at an object Pushing something around in the crib Rolling
over Listening to the sound of your voice Watching you
play finger games Listening as you read stories or sing lullabies
Being with you as you do something new each day Cuddling
Watching from their swing as you work or watching a shiny object
or listen to a wind chime
All these things help an infant begin to learn about its world
